Pastoral Care
and Community
As a church community with members of all ages we aim to
care for each other as a family. Our hope is also to
look outwards to the wider community, establishing links
by service and friendship.
Our
Social Events
group meets to share ideas, plan and organise lots of
different events to join together for fun and
fellowship. Our events have included barbeques, summer
outings, harvest lunch, bazaar, carol services,
children's Christmas party and a dinner party with the
Cavatina singers. We link with the other churches in the
Rugby Team Ministry to socialise at quiz nights, beetle
drives, skittle nights, barn dances, family fun days,
fund raising auctions and Rugby School's open air
concert.
Other
regular social
groups
may be small and informal, meet monthly, and give
opportunities for fellowship to both church members and
the local community in a caring Christian atmosphere.
Mens’ Breakfasts
are held on the 2nd Saturday from 8am to 9.30am for
chat, prayer encouragement and inspirational talks, and
Womens’ Breakfasts

St. Peter & St. John Ladies’ group

Monday at 7.30pm. Meetings include a speaker and
refreshments. The group also supports our church in
occasional worship, social events and donations.
Womens’ Fellowship
