We want our Ministry to be one where:
Everyone is valued, nurtured and involved.
We value the place of children and young people at PJ.
We have a variety of activities for the younger members
of our church.
There
is a
group for younger people
(5 to 14 years) who meet on the 2nd,
4th
and 5th
Sunday of the month during the 10.30am service in the
school term time. Children are encouraged to join the
Family Communion service and the All Age worship (see
Worship sheet).
During
the week
PJ's
runs fortnightly on the second and fourth Friday of each
month during the school term time from 6.00pm to
7.15pm. This is for primary school aged children.

On
Sunday evening the Young Peoples Fellowship (YPF) meets
for children of secondary school ages from 7.30pm to 9pm
at St. George's.

We
have a Scout group and Brownie unit attached to our
church.
Brownies meet between 6.15pm and 7.30pm on a Monday
evening during term time in the church hall.

The
Scout group (Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers) meet
on Wednesday and Thursday evenings in the church hall
for boys and girls aged from 5 3/4 to 18 years.
